Condoms

Condoms are available at many places; prices can vary greatly. The cheapest way of getting condoms is a prescription (you can get 72 condoms) from Blenheim Sexual Health Clinic (free visit Thursdays 2.00 pm - 6.00 pm. They prefer that you get an appointment (phone: 03 578 3044) and then pay a $5 script fee when getting prescription at the chemist.

However, if you get a prescription from your Dr/GP then you will have to pay either for the script (you can ring and ask for a prescription to be written for you, which is cheaper than a visit charge) or the visit.

Condoms are also available to buy at most supermarkets, chemists or from vending machines in some toilets.
