There are some really interesting booklets, put together by the Health Promotion Agency, which gives you information on drinking as a youth.

If you're drinking it makes sense to know what alcohol actually is, the way it effects your body and also to check how much you are actually drinking.

A popular pamphlet that includes:

  • the Drinkcheck questionnaire (WHO's AUDIT tool) to test drinking levels, with information on how to understand the results
